COPYRIGHT  INFORMATION

Certain works (hereinafter referred to as “Graphics”) available on the website www.isphs.pl (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) belonging to Instytut Studiów Psychoanalitycznych im. Hanny Segal, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5851467829 ul. Lanciego 9H, 02-792 Warsaw, e-mail: kontakt@isphs.pl, phone:  +48 697485747t(hereinafter referred to as “Institute”), clearly indicated on the Website, are works on which, as a rule, economic copyrights have expired pursuant to Art. 36 of the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws 2021.1062, consolidated text) – hereinafter referred to as “IP Act”, i.e. due to the lapse of 70 years from the death of the creator / author. The expiry of the economic copyrights means the “entry” of the work into the so-called “Public domain”. These Graphics come from the Public domain, in particular from portal https://www.wikiart.org. and their use by the Institute, as a rule, is not limited by economic copyrights. This does not mean, however, depriving the authors of Graphic of their protection in terms of moral rights, which the Institute pays attention to and respects.

Other materials available on the Website are, as a rule, works within the meaning of Art. 1 of IP Act and are protected by copyright under the law. The Institute is the owner of the economic copyrights to these works. The Institute reserves that further dissemination of these works that are not Graphics, including their copying and dissemination, is prohibited.

The Institute also kindly requests, in the event of a violation of the economic or moral copyrights to Graphics available in the Public domain used by the Website, to notify the Institute of such violation to the e-mail address: kontakt@isphs.pl, in order to clarify the legal situation of such circumstance.
